H. Brooks Durkee

Hamilton Brooks Durkee died on April 27. He is the son of Kathleen and Frank H Durkee III. Survived by his son Wesley Hamilton Durkee of Delray Beach Fl., his sister Heather Durkee Benassi,her husband Tom and sons Clark,Brooks,and Pearson. Also his brother Kyle Durkee and his wife Jessica and their children Saylor and Beckett. He will be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Brooks is a graduate of McDonogh School and Washington College. His passion for riding led him from pony club, and racing, to foxhunting and steeplechase racing and training. Services for Durkee were held at St. James Church inMonkton, Maryland on Wednesday, May 6.
