Here are a few things you should know about the Junior Field Master’s Chases at the Grand National.

The Grand National Steeplechase now has a permanent course for the Junior Field Master Chase. There will be a mandatory course walk. Riders will be required to walk the course with the trainer named in the program. Course maps and waivers will be available at Carol Fenwick barn. The course will be open for walking from Wednesday noon through Saturday at 10:00. You’re signed waiver will serve as verification. Riders who have not walked the course will not be permitted to ride. Call 410- 382-5348 with any questions.
Outrider to follow field – will remove entries that appear out of control, at his discretion. If circling more than twice is required, it is mandatory to pull up and exit the course.
Junior Field Master’s Chase parking will be located on Butler Road, approximately one mile on left from Falls Rd. – entrance will be marked.
Please return the Release Agreement that has been included with the overnight mailing.
There will be a mandatory rider/parent/guardian meeting at 1:20 in the paddock (parent or guardian must be present).
Saddled ponies and horses will be due in the paddock at 1:20 pm. Post time for pony divisions at 1:45 pm. Post time for horses five minutes after the finish of the pony divisions.
