The Shetland Pony Society of North America (SPSNA) has just announced that they will partnering with the MSA in the form of a year-end award and with individual race meets to award a prize to the first SPSNA registered Shetland pony finishing rider in existing small and/or Shetland pony flat races. This award will be in addition to the the standard placing of the race. SPSNA registered Shetland ponies will be placed separately by the SPSNA year-end awards system.
